The Cello CF 12 is a powerful, versatile two-way passive cabinet designed to provide exceptional sound reinforcement in a surprisingly compact enclosure. It features a powerful 12” (300mm) low frequency driver and a 1” (25mm) compression driver with a 44 mm voice coil mounted on a constant directivity 50° x 60° horn. Additionally, through its crossover design the LF driver has been coupled to the HF horn.
Crafted in Baltic birch, it is designed for installation and used for on stage monitoring for live bands. Because of its wide frequency response it's a great option for use without sub-woofers, perfect for both pounding night clubs and live performances.
CF 12 is designed with a focus on clarity and minimized heat build-up, without any compromise on transient response. The cabinet is uncolored and transparent, and can be rotated for use in either a vertical or horizontal position.
The cabinet is "plug and play" out of the box, but use of a Maestro MS 26 controller is recommended with the CF 12. It can also be combined with the Contrabass CB 15s, CB 215s, CR 18s or CR 218s for an incredible low end response experience.
